Your First Visit
Please arrive for your first appointment a few minutes early. We will ask you to fill out a medical history and take your insurance or CDCP information.
What to Expect
During your first visit, we will review your medical and dental history. Please bring a list of medications that you are currently taking.
Oral Exam and X-rays
In additional to doing a cleaning, you will receive a thorough dental exam that will include a set of dental X-rays so that we can be sure of exactly what’s going on beneath the surface.
Dental Plan Discussion
If you have specific concerns or have come to us because of a dental issue, we will discuss your past dental care, options for your immediate issue, as well as a plan for the future of your dental care. Please be open about what you expect. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the dental care you receive and that all your concerns have been properly addressed.
Anxious Patients
At Kingsville Plaza Dental Centre, we understand that not everyone loves a visit to the dentist. Dental anxiety is more common than you might think. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Your dental and oral health are important, and we have several options available to make you as comfortable as possible including mild sedation.
Just let us know if you are suffering any anxiety and discomfort so that we can help put you at ease.
Insurance and Payment
We accept government, employer, and private insurance plans. We will gladly accept patients under the CDCP as well as a variety of other insurance options.
Payment or insurance must be submitted at the time of your dental appointment. If paying for your dental services is an issue, we have several financing options available.
